From April 16 to 20, 2025, Compass College hosted the final stage of the “Young Creators of Central Asia 2025” (YCCAF 2025) project. The event marked the culmination of active work that began with a delegation trip from Kyrgyzstan to Tashkent in February, followed by two months of creative business training on an online platform. In from 16 to 20th of Apri 2025l , Kyrgyzstan hosted a 15-person delegation from Uzbekistan.

The forum brought together young creators, entrepreneurs, and representatives of the creative industries from both countries. Twelve participants from each side formed six international teams to develop and present joint projects, exchange experiences, and strengthen ties in the field of creative entrepreneurship.

The forum program began with a cultural outreach that contained two main parts: the cultural and country context oriented and project oriental part contained the observation and inspiration by local spaces and during the practical experts of the program helped to go through the projects of the teams, providing feedback  on presentations and pitchings.

On April 17 and 18, participants traveled to Issyk-Kul. The official opening took place at the Museum of Nomadic Civilizations, where participants learned about the rich history of the Kyrgyz people. Over the next two days, the delegation also visited the cultural complex “Rukh Ordo,” the open-air museum “Petroglyphs”—a unique historical monument at Saimaluu-Tash—and enjoyed a boat ride on Lake Issyk-Kul.

On April 19, the delegation visited Compass College, where they explored the college’s educational programs, toured the open-air museum in Oak Park, the Gapar Aitiev Art Museum, and the creative space Ololo Planet. The day ended with a friendly dinner at the “Supara” ethno-complex.

The main event, “Young Creators of Central Asia 2025,” took place on April 20. Representatives of international organizations were invited, including Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the Franco-German community, the Japan Center for Human Resources Development, KazGASA College of Design, and the Compass College Business Council.

During the forum, the six international teams presented their prototype projects. The winners were Team Oymonom (1st place), Team Parma (2nd place), and Team Tarilyuk (3rd place). The forum concluded with an awards ceremony and prize distribution for the winners.

The YCCAF 2025 project is implemented as part of a tandem partnership between Compass College and the Republican College of Design and Arts (RIDM, Tashkent), with support from the regional project “Vocational Education for Economic Growth Sectors in Central Asia,” carried out by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

С 16 по 20 апреля 2025 года в Compass College прошёл заключительный этап проекта Young Creators of Central Asia 2025 (YCCAF 2025). Мероприятие стало кульминацией активной работы, начавшейся с поездки делегации из Кыргызстана в Ташкент в феврале и продолжившейся двухмесячным обучением креативному бизнесу на онлайн-платформе. В апреле Кыргызстан принимал у себя делегацию из Узбекистана в составе 15 человек.

Форум объединил молодых креаторов, предпринимателей и представителей креативных индустрий из двух стран. По 12 участников с каждой стороны сформировали шесть международных команд для разработки и презентации совместных проектов, обмена опытом и укрепления связей в области креативного предпринимательства.

Программа форума началась с культурного погружения: 17 и 18 апреля участники отправились на Иссык-Куль. Торжественное открытие состоялось в Музее Кочевых Цивилизаций, где участники познакомились с богатой историей кыргызского народа. В течение этих дней делегация также посетила культурный комплекс “Рух Ордо”, музей под открытым небом “Петроглифы” – уникальный исторический памятник Саймалуу-Таш, а также насладилась прогулкой на теплоходе по озеру Иссык-Куль. А также помимо культурной программы, основной фокус был на проектах команд и их доработок. В проект подключились основные эксперты YCCAF, и дополнительные эксперты по проектному развитию  из Compass College. Ребята смогли получить фидбэки и доработать совместно презентации, проектную наполняемость и питчинги. 

19 апреля делегация посетила Compass College, где познакомилась с образовательными программами колледжа, побывала в музее под открытым небом в Дубовом парке, в Музее искусств имени Гапара Айтиева, а также в креативном пространстве Ololo Planet. Завершился день дружеским ужином в этнокомплексе “Супара”.

20 апреля состоялся основной день форума — Young Creators of Central Asia 2025. На мероприятие были приглашены представители международных организаций, среди которых Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Франко-немецкое сообщество, Японский центр развития человеческих ресурсов, колледж дизайна KazGASA и Бизнес-совет Compass College.

В рамках форума шесть международных команд презентовали свои проекты с прототипами. Победителями стали команда Oymonom (1 место), команда Parma (2 место) и команда Тарилюк (3 место). Форум завершился церемонией награждения и вручением призов победителям.

Проект YCCAF 2025 реализуется в рамках тандемного партнёрства между Compass College и Республиканским колледжем дизайна и искусств (RIDM, г. Ташкент) при поддержке регионального проекта «Профессиональное образование для секторов экономического роста в Центральной Азии», осуществляемого Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
